• We utilize different forms of electronic communication to confirm appointments. (Text and E-mail)

• All Appointments must be confirmed TWO WORKING DAYS (Monday through Friday) in advance, to prevent no-shows.

​

• Appointments that are not rescheduled or cancelled TWO WORKING DAYS (Monday through Friday) in advance will incur a broken appointment fee. 

​

• We exclusively welcome Dental Insurance PPO plans and do not participate in Medical Insurance Health Plans or HMOs.
